Inspeparable of his work, Amnon David Ar is a dedicated teacher.

In addition to his weekly class in his Berlin studio, he has taught and gave lectures at such institutions as the Weizmann Institute of Science, Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin, the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, The Artist's House, and Ascola-Meimad in Tel Aviv.
